Hope you don't mind me being lazy and just repeating what I said on UG...
This is a really great song. I was very impressed. I really like your voice. There are parts where you sound more than a bit like James Maynard Keenan (think that's his name?) from Tool/Perfect Circle. There are perhaps just a few points where you're slightly off, but it doesn't spoil the song. It sort of makes it feel more like a live performance than a recording, which is no bad thing in my opinion. Really nice reverb on the recording too, very sensitively applied.
Like the guitar playing, it's quite simple and understated but very beautiful and a lovely accompaniment to the vocals. And the tone of the acoustic is really good, very clear.
I'll try and have a listen to more of your stuff, I think...
